We are looking for someone truly great to lead our account management function.

We have 600+ GP practices who use the site and since we secured funding, this is growing really fast. We have some practices who are ideal, self serving and repeat users and some who are less so loyal. We have segmented our customers into 8 segments and we need someone to create and execute on an engagement strategy to move all our practices into the best segment.

Profile all new users to assess “potential” spend

Build deep relationships with practices

Use our CRM system (pipedrive) to keep track of activity of each individual practice and each segment

Devise and run engagement strategies, e.g. creating newsletters, events, webinars, social media groups 

Tailor strategies for different segments

Call practices signed up regularly to encourage them to post jobs

Resurrect practices who have ceased to use us

Manage a small team to help you achieve your goals
