ABOUT

On an exclusive basis, Nfp is conducting a search for three Senior Project Managers to lead work streams that are essential to a global organisational change programme. The three streams are: 

  • Quality and Performance Management 
  • Governance and Stakeholder Engagement 
  • Financial Systems 

Each of the roles has a specific technical focus but it will be helpful if the post-holder has experience of significant organisation change programmes where stakeholder engagement has characterised the process. 

Selection 

To be selected for interview, you will need to be able to demonstrate: 

Specific knowledge requirements: 

1. Quality and Performance Management 

Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and development, ideally within a federal or similar structure 

2. Governance and Stakeholder Engagement 

For More Representative Governance: Knowledge of governance, decision making and organisation structures within a multi-national federation, ideally within the nonprofit sector 

3. Financial Systems 

Knowledge of financial reporting, systems, standards and structures eneral requirements 

  • Proven track record of managing large, multi-stakeholder projects; particularly any with a significant change management component 
  • Demonstrable ability to define a project approach and identify the key factors and constraints 
  • Knowledge and competence in identifying risks and mitigation processes 
  • Experience of working with senior management and/or board members on strategy, planning, design or major implementation projects 
  • Successful delivery of projects in a multi-national, multi-lingual organisational environment 
  • Proven track record of managing large, multi-stakeholder projects; particularly any with a significant change management component 
  • Demonstrable ability to define a project approach and identify the key factors and constraints 
  • Knowledge and competence in identifying risks and mitigation processes 
  • Experience of working with senior management and/or board members on strategy, planning, design or major implementation projects 
  • Successful delivery of projects in a multi-national, multi-lingual organisational environment 
  • Exposure to change management, communications and culture frameworks 
  • Professional project management qualifications (Prince2, PMP or equivalent) 
  • Fluency in Microsoft packages (Visio, Project)
