Our business has grown tremendously over the last two years and we have aspirations to drive that growth further. To support this we are looking to recruit a marketing manager with practical experience and knowledge of the digital sector.

Specifics of the Role:

  • Plan- Review the existing marketing plans and digital options to build a cohesive plan for 2014 brining new channels and partners into the mix; this will include expectations around ROI and volumes. Your plan will also cover our web presence to optimise our natural search success, on-site conversion and email marketing.

  • Build- Take responsibility for the implementation of the plan including the development of new routes and the ownership of existing relationships.

  • Measure- Develop the analytics required to track the success of each channel.

  • Improve- Using the analytics identify, create and implement a programme of continuous feedback and improvement across each of the channels to ensure they are hitting their targets.
What we would like you to bring:

  • Proven digital marketing experience from a B2C environment.

  • A result orientated approach to your role.

  • A keen interest in digital innovation and its ever-expanding influence on the way we do business and live our lives.

  • An appreciation of the aesthetic nature of our business allowing you to contribute to discussions and decisions beyond the scope of your core role.
