Grow the category to deliver against company sales, revenue and profit objectives.

Job Description:

  • Create an ambitious growth business plan for your category that includes:
    • Sales and revenue growth targets
    • Sales and revenue development opportunities
    • Range planning and diversification
    • Product development requirements
    • Development needs for partners
    • Optimisation of promotional space
    • Competitor and market review
  • Monitor and report on the progress and efficiency of your plan against company KPIs, and adjust according to performance and needs of the business
  • Manage and develop a high performance team
  • Have specialist functional responsibility across category to ensure best practice, consistency and that company objectives are achieved
  • Manage range review process to ensure optimum category selection is achieved meeting company and X-Site objectives
  • Other projects as defined
