About Us

OxFizz is an award-winning not-for-profit social enterprise. We are looking for a high quality candidate to be our Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of our team, gain important transferable skills and contribute to the success and the direction of OxFizz as we aim to raise £200,000 for charities.

OxFizz seeks to engage recent graduates to make a difference in a different way. Our unique model is based on volunteers donating their time and skills to provide educational services to support young people. We charge those who can afford it, and all our profits go to charities chosen by our volunteers. We also run a bursary scheme.

About The Role

Working closely with three other team members, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will work at our offices on Caledonian Road, to help OxFizz to both grow and maintain its high standards.

This role offers the holder the opportunity to experience both the business as well as the charitable side of OxFizz.

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator's main concern will be to win and manage customer relationships, helping us to reach weekly sales targets.

He/she will also manage the marketing of the Oxford & Cambridge Summer School and Oxbridge Interviews, using a variety of channels. He/she will be responsible for OxFizz’s client services, by managing our email account and, importantly, phone line. The Coordinator will build sustainable relationships with clients by providing a professional, efficient and friendly service. The position will entail contributing to wider OxFizz strategy, through analysis of the previous sales performances and the wider market.


This is an outline job description and should not be regarded as an inflexible specification. Responsibilities will be reviewed periodically in line with service priorities and duties may change or new duties be introduced after consultation with the post holder. As a term of your employment you may be required to undertake such other duties and/or hours of work as may reasonably be required, and the post holder may be required to work weekends during the interview season (with time off in the week in lieu).

Hours: 40 hours a week (with statutory holiday entitlement).
