The Role

We are seeking a results-driven, entrepreneurial individual, with a cool head for numbers and the ability to think on your feet. You view sales as an art form to be learned and mastered, and ParkatmyHouse as the perfect platform to become a world-class sales person.

More Detail

Contrary to what the name might suggest, isn’t just about houses. We also work with businesses, commercial car parks, and hotels, to allow them to make money from their unused car park spaces.

You’ll be working to ramp up our relationships with these commercial clients, both growing our penetration within existing companies, and actively seeking new partners.

This will involve a combination of phone work and follow up meetings – you’ll be managing your own time, and be driven by high targets, so this isn’t a role for shrinking violet.

  • Reaching out to potential customers through a combination of email and phone work
  • Account management: you’ll be guiding your new customers through their first 90 days on our platform
  • Lead generation: you’ll be proactively looking for new business
  • Relationship building: you’ll be an ambassador for the company, and impress our clients with your knowledge  and friendly manner
  • Time management: you’ll be managing your own time and targets

The Candidate

  • Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Naturally competitive and driven to succeed
  • A true people person, confident and super friendly 
  • Fascinated by startups and innovative ways of doing business
  • Entrepreneurial and a results-driven go-getter 
  • Comfortable dealing with senior executives
  • Happy being at the desk and out and about meeting customers
  • Adept at juggling many tasks simultaneously and whip smart
  • Top-notch communication skills: written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Genuinely excited by our business and its benefits 

Essential skills & experience

  • 2.1 or above from a top 10 UK university (or equivalent) 
  • At least a year of top quality professional experience
  • Familiar with Google Apps, Excel and Word
  • Track record of exceeding targets.
  • Native English; fluency in second European language a big bonus
  • Experience within the hospitality or property industry a bonus
