As an eCommerce Analyst you will be a key member of the Optimisation and Data Services team.  You’ll be looking to start an exciting career in eCommerce working with some of the key retail players in the industry.  The eCommerce analyst will be working closely with our modelling and client services teams to measure and report the performance across our client base and generate insight that will enable the business to optimise performance across the entire client base.  You’ll need to be highly organised, numerate and results orientated as the role will include…
  • Regular analysis of client performance through interrogation of the database
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and explore how new services would benefit clients
  • Build case studies to support new business and upselling
  • Develop reporting structures that will enhance our Clients’ and internal teams understanding of the data
  • Support other departments where required e.g. Marketing and Sales

You’ll be…

  • Extremely organised and have good attention to detail
  • A multitasking self-starter, passionate about the web and all things retail
  • One- two years experience working in retail preferably online, in an analytical role
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
  • MS Access and experience in writing SQL would be advantageous
  • Able to communicate technical/business issues and solutions clearly and confidently internally and to clients
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
