Contract Type: Permanent

Reporting to: Head of Sales

Start date: September

We’re looking for a commercial manager to develop our business in premium retail outlets, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Working with the Head of Sales to develop strategy and commercial plans for existing and new business in premium retail outlets, for example boutique coffee shop chains through to London Zoo.
  • Selling and implementing the Peppersmith brand into target retailers and expanding our range with existing customers.
  • Managing the wholesalers and distributors to serve these outlets. You’ll be responsible for head office relationships and delivering commercial plans that excite and motivate.
  • Working across travel and business sites such as Google HQ to improve visibility and sales of Peppersmith.
  • Managing and improving systems and processes for direct orders. 
  • Getting involved and helping improve how we do business at Peppersmith

What we are looking for

  • One to two years of commercial experience ideally within a sales function
  • Ideally you’ll come from a food and drink background but not vital
