Don’t accept the status quo. It doesn’t matter how existing products are made, how other companies behave or even how we’re used to doing things. Keep thinking of new and better ways.
Put your heart and soul into it and share that passion with other people. If you’re not passionate about what you do, you’re doing the wrong thing.
Do the right thing. For the business, for your colleagues, for our customers and for the wider world. We’re not perfect but we must always strive to be the best we can.
Our little business has limited resources but big ambitions so we’re going to have to act smart to succeed. Think about the return on every pound we invest. Be tough but fair.

We’re an independent company formed in 2009 by two friends (Mike and Dan). Because we’re independent we can do things a little differently and plan for the future instead of just looking for short-term gain.
We can’t promise to be perfect but we can always promise to try our best to do the right things.
Our Journey So Far
Since launching our products in 2010 we have been lucky enough to get listings in some big chains like Sainsburys, Boots, Waitrose, Superdrug, Holland and Barrett, Whole Foods Market and WH Smith. We are also stocked in 1000s of independents up and down the land and have a very successful direct to consumer business via our website.
This is only the start. We are launching new products, talking to new retailers, developing our web shop and also thinking about growing the brand internationally. It really has never been a more exciting time at Peppersmith HQ.
