We are currently recruiting talented Account Managers to join the expanding operations in the UK and worldwide (US, Europe and Latin America). 

The successful Account Manager will be digitally savvy, strategic, dynamic and exceptional at programme management and relationship development with both external and internal stakeholders.


About the Role

The Digital  Account Manager's primary day-to-day role will be to oversee digital account programmes and provide them with strategic counsel on tactical implementation.  He or she will be helping to develop digital programme plans for brands ensuring tactics meet clients' strategic objectives.  The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Driving longer term account revenue growth
  • Managing accounts and ensuring clients strategic goals are met
  • Providing regular client counsel, including problem solving
  • Participating in new business pitching

 

About you

You will be degree qualified and will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing
  • Strong client management/strategic counselling skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
  • An understanding of budgeting client programmes, including budget development, management, resourcing and forecasting.
  • Previous experience of managing sizeable client accounts and digital agency experience a plus


There will be a requirement for some international travel.  Good working knowledge of a foreign language eg French, Portuguese or Spanish is good but not essential.
