We have developed an online platform for delivering this service to schools - www.progress-hse.org - and now want to set up a charity that will develop the use of the process in education, health, social care and criminal justice - in the UK and internationally.
We believe The PROGRESS Way can help organisations to keep their eye on the human beings whose interests they are there to serve, and resist the pressures caused by a focus on particular sets of quantitative targets.
You will help develop from scratch a successful organisation to roll out The PROGRESS Way, a process developed over the past decade to improve the performance of public service organisations through genuine employee and user engagement.
You will be bringing your talents to working in partnership with James Park, who developed the PROGRESS Way, on the creation and development a new organisation. In the process, you will evolve a role for yourself within the new entity.
