QuBit is looking to add a Senior Management Accountant to our fast-growing team based in the heart of Soho. This is a role for a newly qualified accountant who wants to get involved with helping to develop and define the finance function and designing a lot of our processes as you go along - the beauty of a start up!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working closely with the rest of the finance team you will be:
• Monitoring cash flow and optimizing use of cash
• Work with the Business Development team to develop CRM
• Developing and improving internal controls
• Implementing a purchase control system 
• Setting KPIs for all departments and monitoring performance 
• Developing, reviewing, and improving processes in conjunction with the rest of the Finance team
• Multi company accounts compilation
• Generating quarterly VAT reports
• Preparing board reports
• Purchase ledger control

What You’ll Need 

• Fully qualified accountant.
• Strong communication skills and a dynamic personality.
• Excellent attention to detail and the confidence to get things done on your own.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
