The role is demanding and requires a strong person who can multi-task and is capable of planning, coordinating and executing project plans. You should be able to prioritise and manage your projects and time effectively to add value. The confidence to work closely with the senior management team and be proactive in offering support is key to achieving in this role.
You’re probably someone with experience in a professional services environment or similar. You’ll be hugely motivated by delivering impact for leading brands in the non-profit space with our clients including RSPCA, RSPB and Guide Dogs.
Diary management and other administrative and support tasks as required, including Director’s personal administration
Completing specific business improvement projects within the Company
Troubleshooting and rapid problem solving of problems as they arise
Customer and internal project administration including progress, resources and financial reporting
Support of recruitment processes
Dealing with correspondence, telephone calls and visitors
Organising travel and accommodation for the team
Provide in house IT support and liaise with external IT support staff to troubleshoot larger issues
Liaising with the rest of the team
Skills and experience
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Sound judgement, able to work with minimal supervision
Competent use of Microsoft Office software
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to build and maintain relationships with high profile individuals
- Strong administration skills, with experience of complex diary management and production of high quality correspondence, reports and presentations.
