The hallmarks of our businesses are our intense focus on user experience, customer service, and innovation; and yes we will say it - we want to make that Jobsian “dent”. Having recently established an on the ground Sales team in London, we are now looking to strategise and launch targeted online and offline marketing campaigns to support our “growth hacking” endeavours.

We are dynamic, unconventional, and like challenging the set ways of “The Industry” – so we like people who ask a lot of questions, have natural intellectual curiosity, and come up with creative solutions that are innovative, thoughtful yet relevant to our audiences.

Whilst we have an informed opinion on what our Marketing mix and campaign calendars should look like, we are open to a proven executive to come on board and lead the strategy as well as execution.  

Key requirements

  • On a day to day basis, you will monitor and administer social media presence, engaging and servicing our communities online.
  •  You will write creative and striking copy for our products across print and online collateral
  • Study and analyze industry trends and seek event driven opportunities to spread the word through PR.
  • Attend relevant industry events and effectively communicate new product launches. 
  • Study traffic, conversions, heat maps to work with SEO, PPC teams and make suggestions to improve KPIs (no prior skills needed and we will teach you along the way).
  • Work with our third party agencies (SEO, PPC, Branding) and internal Sales team to create new product promotions or reinvigorate current lead gen channels.
  • Find ways of establishing brand partnerships to create wider brand appeal.
  • Create segmented email databases and improve open rates of our Email marketing campaigns.
  • Blog and routinely write travel pieces that gain the attention of online users.    

The ideal candidate would

  • Be an “all rounder” and have a willingness to learn skills you do not currently have.
  • Have a degree in Marketing and a career focus in the field.
  • Have experience of creating various collateral to both b2b and b2c markets  Have experience in engaging social media channels for B2B and B2C products/services.
  • Have experience in the field of PR and in developing relationships with print media.
  • Be a native English speaker with a very good command of grammar and a wide breadth of vocabulary Photography, video skills are not a must but will be a plus!
