Across the UK RSA Fellows are launching projects based on innovative iedas and an unbeatable sense of mission. Activity is growing rapidly alongside the demand for more support from other Fellows and from RSA staff. We need a dynamic and inspirational individual to lead the Fellowship team and the Fellows themselves through this exciting but challenging phase, and to build on and develop the infrastructure necessary for this. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, a strategic brain and most of all, the capacity to recognise a great opportunity and to inspire others to help you seize it.
