About the Role

As a Careers 2.0 Sales Representative/Account Executive you'll be responsible for the entire life-cycle of your customers which includes both prospecting for new accounts and also continued development and support of existing accounts. Sales activities are conducted using a strategic and structured sales process that consists of a balance of both inbound and outbound activities.

We currently have three offices globally - New York, London and Denver. Joining our London office you'll be part of close-knit group, so we are not only looking for a great salesperson, but someone who will fit in nicely with the team. At Stack Overflow, we have a great company culture. We work very hard, but we also know how to have fun. We have a casual dress code (shorts and t-shirts are more than welcome!) and have free catered lunches daily! We have recently moved into a new great office space in Old Street with some awesome perks including: games room, table tennis, free snacks and drinks, height adjustable desks and computer monitors bigger than your TV at home! 


About You

So who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirit who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done! You will have experience in business to business telephone sales (exceptional graduates will be also considered). A proven track record with digital advertising sales or web based services sales is certainly an advantage but not crucial. What you must have though are strong cold calling, networking, and business development skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as outstanding telephone skills are essential. 

We also have some excellent opportunities for professionals with additional language capabilities, particularly those fluent in either German, French, Dutch or Swedish.
