Our goal is to help create opportunities through education for some of the most vulnerable children in the world. We work directly with street children in their own environment towards reunification with their families, reintroduction to education & the creation of a sustainable home-life for their ongoing upbringing. From 2010 to 2012 we helped more than 10,000 children gain access to education.

In this role you will promote and manage fundraising activities across a range of income streams in your area. We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to develop, implement, manage and sustain the fundraising strategy to maximize income generation across the region. You will be driving forward our exciting UKAM appeal across a range of income streams including schools, corporates and community.
You will be responsible for a robust and innovative community fundraising programme in order to meet income targets for the region.
You will also need to be a team player with excellent communication and people skills, be pro-active, independent and creative.
You will need to be able to develop positive and productive networks across communities in the region. If you have a suitable background working in community fundraising then this exciting role could be for you.
This is a really exciting time to be working with the charity, it is our 5th year anniversary and a period of huge growth and expansion.
Street Child is a charity working in West Africa that is dedicated to empowering some of the most vulnerable children in the world by giving them the chance to go to school and giving their families the means to keep them there. Since its launch in 2008, Street Child has reunited 2,000 street children with their families and created educational opportunities for more than 20,000 children.
