How much you achieve in life should not be determined by how much your parents earn. Yet in the UK, it too often is. We believe in the power of education to change this. As Education Partnerships Manager, you’ll join an exciting and collaborative pilot aimed at improving the educational outcomes of children in high areas of poverty in Bournemouth.   Funded by the Education Endowment Fund and JP Morgan, you’ll work in partnership with Future Leaders and Teaching Leaders to drive forward a common vision. You’ll drive this initiative forward and take the lead on identifying, cultivating and managing a range of key stakeholders in Bournemouth. You’ll play an important role in the design and evolution of the pilot and oversee the delivery of programmatic activity including in-school interventions. With support from the wider Collective Impact team and Regional Director, you’ll set the strategy and put the structures in place to deliver change. This is a pioneering and innovative approach and we’re looking for someone who is equally excited by the prospects of collective impact. You’ll need a good understanding of the factors affecting disadvantage in Bournemouth and be driven to change this. You should be confident in your approach with the ability to sell new concepts in a compelling and engaging way. Proven stakeholder and/or client management is essential.
