How much you achieve in life should not be determined by how much your parents earn. Yet in the UK, it too often is. We believe in the power of education to change this.

We’re looking for a dedicated analysis and impact expert, with a passion for addressing educational disadvantage, to advise our partner social enterprises on how they can measure, evaluate and increase their impact.

This role will connect the valuable work of the Research, Evaluation & Impact team with the critical relationship management work of the Teach First Innovation Unit. Working closely with the Manager of Evaluation & Impact and the Innovation Unit, you’ll use your understanding of evaluation and impact methods to advise new and existing social enterprises to ensure they are increasing their scale and impact as rapidly as possible.

You’ll do this by supporting them to set build and implement robust impact measurement systems based on their ambitious targets and ensure they are narrowing the gaps outlined in the 2022 Impact Goals. You’ll also work to support a collective impact between social enterprises by identifying areas where they can work together, coordinate their activities and replicate best practice.

Ideally the successful candidate should have experience of working in depth with school data, both at an individual and national level, and be at ease understanding and translating what the data is saying. You’ll be comfortable with large datasets and thrive on reaching tangible goals. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
