The Wordsworth Trust looks after Wordsworth’s home, Dove Cottage in the Lake District, and the world’s finest collection of manuscripts, books and printings relating to the poet and his sister.  Dove Cottage attracts over 50,000 visitors a year and in support of its wider public educational and outreach works receives significant support from Arts Council England.
 
The Wordsworth Trust is looking for new trustees to provide high-level leadership in entrepreneurship, museums practice, marketing (including new media), fundraising or contemporary poetry. Trustees meet four times a year with two meetings in London and two in the Lake District.
