This exciting new role is to manage and sell a programme of Professional Development workshops, and to provide support to the Business Director to develop and sell new corporate innovations


Objectives will be:


  • To manage our programme of Professional Development training workshops.  This will include booking in courses, working with and briefing freelance faculty members and overseeing the smooth delivery of our programme
  • To design and implement a marketing and PR plan to actively sell our Professional Development programme, creating an active sales pipeline of leads and generating new revenues
  • To support the Business Director across our Cultural Insights and Innovation programme.  This will involve helping to build and maintain a sales pipeline of high level corporate leads, writing new proposals and helping to develop and launch new propositions such as our Minibar for the Mind
  • To work on discrete new strategic initiatives as required e.g. developing business cases for new ventures and innovative projects  


About You:

  • You will need to be highly organised and have at least 2 years of sales &/or marketing experience
  • You will need proven experience in direct or digital marketing, including evidence of having previously delivered successful offline/online/social media marketing activities
  • You will ideally have some experience of working in a corporate training environment
  • You will ideally have some experience of designing or managing the introduction of new propositions/innovations
