We are a fast growing experience and lifestyle company with a young and lively culture based in London. You will be running the day-to-day financials of our companies in the UK, Sweden and Croatia. You need strong financial accounting and management skills and you will enjoy everything from presenting management information at board level to running the actual accounts. You need to be well organised and have a fantastic work ethic. Ideally you will have worked in the finance department of a small/medium sized business and appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit.

You will grow with the company and eventually assume more responsibility and expand your team. We are looking for someone to join our journey and set high standards on financial reporting and forecasting and who will cope with rapid growth and international expansion. This will require full dedication and passion!

- What We Don’t Look For
No bookkeeping experience

Only practiced bookkeeping outside of the UK
Afraid to make decisions and take responsibility 


·       You will be responsible for the books during the working day
·       Bookkeeping using online-based software
·       Payroll / superannuation / PAYE
·       Accounts payable and receivable
·       VAT returns
·       Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
·       Monthly reports
·       General administration tasks
·       Domestic and International Bank Transfers
·       Manage international finance operations for UK, Sweden and Croatia
·       Financial modelling and analysis
·       Manage yearly audit of the different entities 


·       A Bachelor’s required, Master’s degree is preferred
·       Motivated to do a wide range of tasks from detailed accounting to strategy projects to developing the financial position of the company
·       Strong numerical skills and knowledge of accounting software so you can run accounting for our different companies
·       Excellent problem solver
·       Comfortable at working under pressure
·       High ceiling – capable of taking on additional responsibilities over time and growing with company and role
·       Comfortable operating at both ends of spectrum: “rolling sleeves up” and leading.
·       Attention to detail with ability to translate financial results to all audiences
·       Experience in a multi-country/currency environment preferred
·       Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Experience with a Big 4 firm preferred
Fluent spoken and written English 

Work Environment

You will be based in the London office in Farringdon. From June to September you will be working part time or full time on site in Croatia (optional).
