At Tribewanted we're on a mission to build a global network of eco-retreats and sustainable communities.
We're looking for someone who has a passion for what we're doing, for getting people involved and who wants to immerse themselves in rural Umbrian life and share their experiences online. You will be responsible for managing the schedule of activities available to visitors at Monestevole and will ensure they come away having had a fun, educational and inclusive experience. You will also support the local team in the day to day running of the Tribwanted 'office' and operations, including online booking enquiries and social media updates.
Activities that tribe-members and visitors can participate in include: cooking, farming, local tours, building, feeding animals, workshops, carpentry, music and day-trips.
The opportunity starts as early as May 2013 at Tribewanted Monestevole, working with @filippobozotti and the local team to facilitate our on-site activities and the involvement of our visitors and tribe-members with projects.
Time commitment is 6 days a week for 6 months with the opportunity to take more time off when Monestevole is quiet. The reward is the chance to live in a beautiful part of Umbria, (board and lodging included), with an amazing group of creative, earth-loving Italians.
Key tribal skills:
- Bilingual: English and Italian
- Strong people skills - you will be spending all day with a mix of nationalities.
- Well organised, flexible to project and activity changes
- A sense of adventure & interest in sustainability, farming and organic food.
- An instinct for including people in what's going on.
- Social media management, including online enquiries
