We run a small non profit on a island offshore from Semporna, Sabah, Malaysia. tracc-borneo.org We have nice lady cooks but their western dishes are limited.  Their Malay and chinese dishes are good.

Can you help them run the kitchen for a month or two and help teach them a range of homecooked meals.  We have only a few volunteers from Jan to April (about10 hungry people) We have very limited dairy, we have plenty of fresh fruit & vegetables, fish and meat (no pork).

We always cook a vegetarian option. We prepare our own breakfast so we need help with options to improve lunch and dinner.

This is an unpaid position but we will pay for your dive course (1 per month). There is unlimited diving and opportunities to help with marine conservation.
