Troubadour Goods is hiring its first-ever Marketing Director. We’re looking for an incredibly intelligent, articulate, passionate and resourceful individual with a solid background in Communications and Marketing. You must be a quick study, an excellent communicator of both the written and spoken word, and an effortless multi-tasker (yes, that’s a real word in our world). You’re a forward-thinker who’s obsessed with details and comes from a place of yes. 

Troubadour Goods is a recently launched London-based menswear brand that combines incredible quality and craftsmanship with functional design and an understated, modern aesthetic. Our products are created for stylish, well-appointed men who are interested in knowing the provenance of the items they purchase and understand the value of beautiful-wearing investment pieces.

The company launched in April with its inaugural line of seven pieces, enjoying a warm reception from consumers, retailers and press. As a result of this success, we are moving full-throttle in the areas of communications, marketing and PR, as well as, of course, production and design. In the next few months, we are doubling our number of stockists and we need the right person in place to create and execute our marketing strategy.


The Role


The Marketing Director will build the Troubadour Goods brand by liaising with Troubadour's creative team, retailers, PR firm and our guests. This full-time position requires a one-year commitment, with the option of a longer-term contract pending negotiation. Intelligence and ambition are essential to your success in this role. 


Overall Responsibility


Promote and support the Troubadour Goods brand and team through the conception, development and execution of marketing and communications-related tasks. Spread the Troubadour Goods word to key audiences internally and externally; fully embody and further the spirit and vision of the brand.
