    GAMES ANALYST

    The role

    We are seeking an experienced analyst to provide insight and analysis into the key metrics and user behaviour of We R Interactive games.

    Why we're looking

    Data is at the core of our company in determining everything we do. Our first game I AM PLAYR is growing rapidly with over 7m users from 220 countries, we operate in a fast moving environment and therefore understanding user behaviour is critical to our success. We are imminently launching new games and need someone to come and join a fast growing team.

    What you’ll be responsible for

    ·Reporting metrics to key stakeholders, including senior management and brands.

    ·Building both large systematic reports and one-off small pieces of analysis

    ·Working with all parts of the business to identify analytical requirements and formalise an approach for reliable, relevant, accurate, efficient reporting on those requirements

    ·Translating business needs to technical requirements and implementation.

    ·On-going reporting and performance monitoring from multiple data sources

    ·Proactively developing new analyses and insights, to drive decisions and strategies for user acquisition, retention and monetization

    ·Designing and implementing advanced statistical testing for customized problem solving

    ·Understanding user behaviour, to support the management team, game development and marketing teams in making business decisions and changes to games.

    ·A key part of the marketing team to assess territories based on cost per acquisition and revenue to determine advertising spend.

    ·Understanding consumer behaviour to a detailed degree to manage new complex data requests

    ·Be part of the team to manage the relationship with our data analytics platform

    What we’re looking for in you

    Examples of your day to day tasks:

    ·Updating key KPI’s to determine the health of the games.

    ·Analysing the game to understand impact of new product developments on key game KPIs.

    ·Initiating new data requests to fully interrogate the game to help drive business decisions.

    ·Report and analyse key metrics for brand partnerships.

    ·Assess impact of marketing campaigns and updates and report this to key stakeholders.

    ·Research requested information on social networks/brand opportunities/new games.

    ·Organise presentation of metrics for monthly board meetings.

    ·Suggest feature changes to development team based upon assessment of metrics.

    ·Respond to ad-hoc information requests.

    ·Create and assess user surveys to improve the game.

    ·Suggest new updates for game community engagement.

    Required Skills

    ·Proven analyst experience

    ·Advanced use of Excel spreadsheets for analytical purposes

    ·Able to use and programme SQL (Desired)

    ·Hands on experience with data mining, clustering segmentation

    ·Clear understanding of how analytics and impact product development and business decisions

    ·Good team player

    ·Experience of working with cross functional teams – technical, marketing etc…
