We are seeking an experienced analyst to provide insight and analysis into the key metrics and user behaviour of We R Interactive games.
Why we're looking Data is at the core of our company, influencing business and game decisions.  Our first game I AM PLAYR lets you live the life of a footballer, and is growing rapidly with over 11m users from 220 countries.  Our second, LYROKE, is a first-of-its kind music video game, streaming full length official music videos from some of the world’s biggest recording artists.  We operate in a fast moving environment and therefore understanding user behaviour is critical to our success. We are imminently launching new games and need someone to come and join a fast growing team. What you’ll be responsible for
  • Reporting metrics to key stakeholders, including senior management and brands.
  • Presenting analysis in a clear and easy to understand manner, including recommendations.
  • Building both large systematic reports and one-off small pieces of analysis.
  • HiveQL querying of large game data sets for deep customer insight.
  • Working with Senior Producers to identify analytical requirements for new games and features. Then formalising an approach for reliable, relevant, accurate, efficient reporting on those requirements
  • Proactively developing new analyses and insights, to drive decisions and strategies for user acquisition, retention and monetization
  • Designing and implementing advanced statistical testing, such as AB testing, for customized problem solving.
  • Understanding user behaviour, to support the management team, game development and marketing teams in making business decisions and changes to games.
  • Manage the relationship with our data analytics platform
  • Quick spotting of metric anomalies and issue management until resolution.
  • Competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify new gaming mechanics
What we’re looking for in you
  • Proven analyst experience
  • Advanced use of Excel spread sheets for analytical purposes
  • Able to use and programme SQL
  • Hands on experience with data mining, clustering segmentation
  • Clear understanding of how analytics impacts product development and business decisions
  • Good team player
  • Experience of working with cross functional teams – technical, marketing etc…
  • Experience in self-management and task prioritisation for work with varying deadlines.
  • Understanding of the Free to Play Games Model
  • Knowledge of Social Gaming Metrics and KPI’s
  • A Keen interest in Games, sports and music.
