Are you ambitious, entrepreneurial and driven by a social purpose? If so, we want to work with you!

We are looking for someone to join us at a really exciting time, as we build on the success of our inaugural fellowship programme to build a nationally recognised high-impact social enterprise.

We challenge recent graduates to tackle society’s toughest problems.
In a matter of months, we’ve got some incredible partners together – like Teach First, Citizens UK and Centrepoint, grown the Year Here family to include some impressive social entrepreneurs and got great publicity in the Evening Standard, on BBC London and in The
We’re a small and committed team of four, including a Clore Fellow, a designer and an alumni of our first cohort. We care deeply about being really effective professionals, learning with restless vigour and having fun along the way.

You’ll take on tasks such as:
  • Marketing and communication – creating publicity material and web content.
  • Social media – researching and posting relevant content for our audience.
  • Coordinating events – working with the team to run recruitment events smoothly.
  • Administrative duties – facilitating the day-to-day operations of the organisation

We'll help you:

  • Develop your entrepreneurial abilities
  • Reflect on and grow your leadership potential
  • Gain access to a network of social entrepreneurs, policymakers and industry leaders.
