Yes to Life offers support to people with cancer who want to take a proactive role in their treatment. Yes to Life helps open up choices, and supports people in finding a way forward that is right for them.

Requirements

We use QuickBooks Software so that's a must for anyone interested in joining us. 

We need someone two days a week (flexible as to which days) to:

  • Deal with income which includes donations, money from donation sites (Just Giving, Virgin Money, BT Donate, Give as you live etc), fundraising income. 
  • Pay purchase invoices and funding requests
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Cash flow forecast
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Manage restricted funds
  • Data entry into bespoke database (Filemaker) - relates to our beneficiaries, how we fund them and payment direct to practitioners for treatment
  • Payroll (currently only 2 people)
  • All finance administration paperwork
