Are you looking for a General Management internship but don’t want to join a traditional (and possibly dull) organisation or you are allergic to the City and anything pin striped!? At Zipcar we believe that work need not be boring, humourless and involve wearing a suit. We are looking for 2 bright sparks to join us for a one year internship (starting October) and if you prove yourself, we will look to keep you.
Firstly, you will join our member services team, who are the point of contact for all Zipcar users and the centre of our universe. After that you will move around different functions within the business. This is a great opportunity to get some general management experience as well as diving deeper into the marketing and operational functions. At some point in the internship you will be involved in a real-time project when your intellect, experience and energy will be put into practice.
It’s not necessarily the subject you studied at university that will make you stand out: it’s more your desire to succeed in an exciting company that’s changing the face of global urban mobility. If you think you would thrive in a fast paced working environment; helping our members to get moving, problem-solving with our busy operations team or being creative with the marketing team, then we want to hear from you. We’re looking for the leaders of the future willing to give 110% to the business.
