What does it mean to be stuck?
You know something needs to be different or better – be it your career, your finances or your personal life, but you can’t see a way forward.
Maybe you’re overwhelmed by all the things you could change, so have ended up standing still. Or perhaps you’ve made your best effort to get yourself back on track, but feel like you’re going round in circles.
It happens to all of us. Over time what was once a niggling thought at the back of our minds turns in to an all consuming preoccupation. It becomes the thing we have to escape from.
So what do we do? We avoid it. We criticise ourselves. We console ourselves through other means.
But this has unintentional consequences.
It zaps us of all motivation. It clouds our good judgement. It leaves us feeling disheartened, stressed and checked out. And most importantly, it doesn’t help us to get back on track.
So what can you do about it?
Getting stuck is inevitable. Staying stuck is a choice you make.
Asking yourself what you want, what’s blocking you and what you need to do to get it are the foundations of making positive changes in your life.
But saying you want something is one thing. Taking steps to make it happen is completely different.
Get Unstuck is a weekend bootcamp designed and led by Escape the City, to help you unplug from your day-to-day, get out of your head and get clear on whatever is blocking you. We’re bringing our intensive bootcamp back to London, and we’d love you to join us. Spread across 2 days, we’re bringing together a small group to work through the obstacles that hold us back. There’ll be a mixture of intensive and practical workshops, unplugging and getting clear.
We’ll spend the whole weekend asking ourselves questions like:

How much change do I really need?
How do I feel about my work?
What future truths do I want to live by?
What does success look like for me?
What role does money play within that?
How much money do I really need to be happy?
What’s blocking me?
What am I afraid of?
What excuses am I making?
What habits do I need to change?

This bootcamp is limited to 15 places, first come first served.
The workshops and activities will run between 10am – 6pm in London on Saturday (30th) and Sunday (31st).
