You will be a key team member in our CASS operations team! You will not only be integral in the day to day CASS operations, but will also be instrumental in ensuring we maintain the highest levels of governance; drafting key policies and memorandums, assessing new and existing banking partners, and producing key information to senior management.
What you'll doWorking across the business to aid in the identification, investigation and resolution of CASS breaches Involved in the review of daily CASS reconciliations Maintenance of key CASS documents such as the CASS Resolution Pack and Risk Matrix Coaching members of the CASS team and wider business on the CASS requirements and what they mean in practice Working with key stakeholders, such as Compliance and our Auditors, to aid in their reviews of CASS processes Involved in evaluating the treasury requirements of new products Contributing to and overseeing the production of a monthly MI pack Implementing new CASS processes and building controls
Who you areA driven, ambitious individual who’s looking to build their career at an exciting fast-growing company A strong attention to detail who is able to see issues through to resolution Comfortable working independently but also thrives working in a team environment Excited about being part of a fast-growing company that’s trying to make a positive mark on the world
Experience and SkillsA relevant qualification such as CISI or an accounting qualification A minimum of 3 years experience within a CASS role in industry or audit Ideally, experience with CASS 6, 7 and 8Exceptional CASS technical knowledge Confident in communicating and presenting to senior management
