Position Summary - Scope of Job

Marketing  Manager

  • Full Time - Permanent Contract

  • Based in South East - Remote Working with frequent travel to London

  • £45,000/annum

Would you like to play a leading role in the delivery of Arrival Education’s rebrand and marketing strategy as we embark on an exciting period of high growth?

The B2B Marketing Manager will be a key member of the marketing function at an exciting time in our business with a high growth strategy, a company-wide rebrand underway and a new marketing team being built.  We’re looking for a talented allround marketer who can create a strategy while happy to immerse themselves in the execution. 

Over the short term, you’ll be heavily involved in the company rebrand as we transition our marketing assets so we are looking for someone who is a well-rounded marketing generalist who can apply their knowledge across all marketing disciplines. 

Main Responsibilities


  • Work with the Head of Marketing to plan and deliver the rebranding programme for Arrival during 2022

  • Ensure all outward-facing communications are aligned with our brand in terms of brand values, strategy as well as visual identity and brand guidelines

  • Champion the Arrival brand guidelines and tone of voice across the business, advising teams on best practice

  • Set up schedule to convert all assets and find outsourcing partners where necessary, managing supplier relationships 


  • Work with Head of Marketing to create data-driven content strategy focused on all stages of the B2B sales cycle for each business unit

  • Manage and deliver content plan and calendar which supports the three Arrival business units of: Inclusive Leadership, Talent Solutions, Early Years and Community

  • Create and write content for the all relevant marketing communication channels including website, social media and blog posts

  • Proofread and edit copy to ensure all copy and articles are produced to a high standard

Marketing campaigns and business growth

  • Come up with great, bold ideas that place Arrival at the front of mind for target audiences

  • Work with internal teams to create new and creative ways to reach audiences

  • Design strategies to generate top-of-funnel demand, working closely with Digital Marketing Manager

  • Plan and carry out thought leadership campaigns on a quarterly cycle


  • Deliver webinars for multiple audiences including prospective clients but also our talent network 

  • Oversee delivery of in-person events ranging from larger-scale conferences through to round-table sessions

Digital and Social Media

  • Contribute to Arrival social media channels, drive engagement, post content and ensure consistency in terms of our tone of voice and how we respond 

  • Review and track social media and website analytics to monitor performance and engagement

Partnership and Sales Support

  • Work with client partners to deliver a clear communication strategy around our partnerships

  • Create and deliver branded collateral material and resources to support the sales strategy and process

  • Support the sales process by preparing powerpoint decks and proposals for prospective client or current client sales pitches

  • Conduct interviews with various stakeholders and write up interviews and articles


  • Line management of Marketing Executive with view to future team growth

You’ll have a background in B2B marketing and have proven ability to plan and produce content that generates awareness and brand engagement. About the Person

We are looking for a strong Marketing Manager who is:

  • Experienced in B2B marketing (5+ years)

  • Able to create and design marketing strategies

  • Highly experienced in content creation and content strategies

  • Flexible in their approach and comfortable executing the tasks associated with the strategy

  • Experienced in copywriting and proofreading

  • Detailed oriented 

  • An effective communicator and highly organised

  • Creative, dynamic and innovative

  • A self-starter, naturally positive and tenacious and highly motivated

  • Able to successfully deliver at pace in a start-up environment

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Passionate about our agenda

  • Works well under pressure and able to offer creative solutions

  • Results driven and solutions focussed 

  • Social, confident and outgoing

This role is remote based and will involve occasional travel into London as and when required.

In return, we are offering a salary of up to £45,000/annum for this role.
