Job Outline:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced eCRM manager to build a new discipline at Crowdcube. This is a completely new role within the organisation. We are scaling the business to enhance our existing service with innovative new features and are looking for an experienced eCRM marketer to come along the journey with us. We are looking for someone creative, dynamic and autonomous, who can think strategically but also roll their sleeves up as needed when building a new function within an organisation.

What you will be doing:
Lead and manage the entire eCRM programme for Crowdcube investors
Create a programme of work to increase investor engagement and revenue throughout their entire lifecycle using CRM best practice
Work closely with the product team to develop and deliver a roadmap of activity to improve the customer experience
Work closely with the local international teams to ensure CRM best practice is being followed in all European territories
Work closely with the marketing team to manage and optimise all campaign driven investor communications
Work closely with the design team to improve and optimise email templates
Work closely with our selected ESP to make best use of all its functionality
Oversee and improve the deliverability of emails using best practice
Run data selections for our email campaigns to ensure the best possible targeting of audiences
Use A/B testing and ensure insight from emails is used to continuously iterate and improve
Educate the business about CRM best practices
Ideally you:
Have at least 4 years’ experience working in a ‘lifecycle’ CRM role and / or can demonstrate an understanding of ‘lifecycle’ product businesses
Have worked in tech and product led businesses
Have experience working with product managers and designers
Have worked with at least two leading ESP providers
Have deep knowledge of CRM best practice
Have experience managing international campaigns
Have a proven ability to enhance existing CRM programmes (personalization, multi-channel, journey mapping)
Have a proven ability to improve email deliverability
Are data driven and customer centric

Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager and a task, followed by a final interview with other members of the team. There aren't any trick questions and the task will typically be based on a real scenario the team have worked on.
