THE ROLE

We are excited to launch our search for a team coordinator to work in a pivotal role across the Forward Institute. We’re looking for somebody that can demonstrate proactivity and high levels of organisation, to bring centralised support across the organisation and supercharge our impact.

This role will give a unique opportunity to develop a great insight into a purpose driven organisation and help drive real impact through supporting our team. The role will sit within operations and will support across our Delivery Team.

In any given week you will be working across numerous projects. For example you may be helping to coordinate an in-person event with senior leaders, ensuring we deliver a high quality event, supporting with the administration around a project including diary management, expenses and invoicing, and supporting with partner meetings including ensuring our database is up to date. The varied nature of the role means you will need to be highly organised, able to provide administrative excellence across, whilst contributing to the success of the team.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Diary Management: Managing diaries and travel schedules and supporting senior members of the team to work efficiently. Track actions and initiatives and follow up

Meeting Support: Preparing, editing correspondence and documentation for meetings, including drafting agendas, documenting actions

Administrative Support: Managing expenses, travel, contracts, invoicing and other general admin, as required

Process Improvements: Particularly in relation to time tracking and capacity planning Event Organisation: Coordinating venue bookings, catering and travel arrangements, equipment and supplies to ensure high quality events are delivered

Event Support: Assisting during events to ensure everything runs smoothly

Data Entry: Using Salesforce to update information including partner notes and project tracking

Supporting EDI Initiatives: opportunity to join the internal EDI team and help deliver on our EDI commitment

Salary: 27,000 – 35,000 depending on experience Start date: To start as soon as possible

LOCATION

Our office is near Holborn, within easy walking distance of several over- and underground stations. We expect the team to split their work between the office and home.
