Überwachung des Tagesgeschäfts von Lime Flottenmanagement Key Account Management von externen Partnern Servicebereich, Hotspot- und Bereitstellungsstrategien optimieren, Auslieferstrategien entwickeln Leitung eines Teams von Mechanikern, das die Reparaturen vor Ort durchführt Definition neuer Prozesse und Best Practices, um operative Exzellenz zu fördern Beteiligung am Kostenmanagement und an der Einstellung, Schulung und Überwachung des Teams vor Ort Erstellen von Ad-hoc-Analysen, um Geschäftsentscheidungen zu treffenÜber Dich
Du bist hoch motiviert, teamorientiert und hast eine ausgeprägt selbstständige Arbeitsweise Grobe Kenntnisse der Region und die Fähigkeit, operative Herausforderungen zu antizipieren, denen Lime dort möglicherweise ausgesetzt ist Zweisprachig in Deutsch und Englisch Erfahrung in einem Startup, Investment Banking, Consulting oder anderen anspruchsvollen Bereichen Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Can-Do-Einstellung: Du packst bei jeder Aufgabe mit an Fähigkeit zum Navigieren und Dekodieren von Daten Kenntnisse in Excel und Google Tabellen Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Organisierte Person, die unabhängig mit engen Fristen in einem multikulturellen Umfeld arbeiten kann Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil#LI-onsite
