Role Summary
- Leading social and email marketing
- Guiding a creative team towards creating inspiring content
- Overseeing organic social media channels and email marketing, including workflows and newsletters

Role Requirements
- At least five years of experience in social media management across various platforms
- Experience with email marketing and line management
- Strong copywriting, organizational skills, and thorough understanding of marketing KPIs
- Knowledge of the luxury sector
- Experience within the travel industry or profound understanding of the US market is preferred

The role: As the Social Media & Content Manager, you will lead social and email marketing, guide a creative team, and craft stories that inspire responsible, luxury travel experiences worldwide. You will oversee the content for our organic social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn) and email marketing, including workflows and newsletters, managing a small team. You will report to the Head of Content and join a welcoming and supportive team.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in social media management and creation across various platforms, experience in email marketing, and line management experience. Strong copywriting skills, great organisation, and a thorough understanding of marketing KPIs are essential. Knowledge of the luxury sector is required, and experience within the travel industry or a deep understanding of the US market is advantageous.

This is a 9-month maternity cover contract, with the possibility to transition into a permanent role. The role is open to remote applications, but you must be based within three hours of the UK timezone and able to work 10am-6pm alongside the London team.
