Arts Council England, a national development agency, is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join our London Theatre management team. As part of this passionate team, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead in managing partnerships, investments, and development programs, affecting the strategic priorities of the London Area.

Role Summary:

  • Managing a team of ten Relationship Managers and one Assistant.
  • Working directly with local stakeholders.
  • Representing the London Area at monthly Touring Project Grants decision panels.


Role Requirements:

  • Team management experience.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels and managing projects.
  • Strong understanding of the theatre industry and challenges faced by cultural organizations in the performing arts.
  • Analytical skills, business planning, and financial reporting knowledge.
  • Understanding of Nolan Principles of Public Life and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

A strong understanding of the theatre industry and the challenges faced by cultural organizations in the performing arts is essential. Analytical skills, business planning, and financial reporting knowledge are also required.
