Role Summary
- Assume full responsibility for CRM operations.
- Enhance workflows, clean data, and provide actionable insights to sales, marketing and customer success teams.
- Be the resident HubSpot expert, responsible for building dashboards, creating automations, and ensuring system adoption.
Role Requirements
- Profound knowledge in HubSpot, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
- Previous experience with implementing and scaling HubSpot in mid-market or enterprise environments.
- Skilled in workflow automation, process design, and data management within HubSpot.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and illustrate performance reports.
- Strong stakeholder and communication management skills.
- Experience in delivering training and CRM adoption.
- Experience with managing HubSpot integrations (native or API-based).

The role: We're looking for a HubSpot expert who can take full ownership of our CRM and turn it into a real growth engine for Pod. This isn’t just about system admin – it’s about enabling our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to work smarter with better workflows, cleaner data, and actionable insights. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HubSpot, from building dashboards and automations to driving adoption and best practice across the business.
Job requirements: Deep HubSpot expertise (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub; Operations Hub a plus) Proven experience implementing and scaling HubSpot in mid-market or enterprise environments Strong workflow automation and process design experience within HubSpot Data management expertise (imports, mapping, deduplication, cleansing, governance) Analytical mindset with ability to design and interpret dashboards and performance reports Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience delivering training and driving CRM adoption Experience managing HubSpot integrations (native or API-based).
