Role Summary:
- Identify, nurture, and grow dealer partnerships independently
- Transform opportunities into revenue while promoting EV adoption

Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive dealerships
- Proven success in achieving annual sales targets of £2m+
- Experience with automotive retail digital tools or CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Experience in structuring and negotiating partnership agreements
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking

The role: We're looking for a sales professional who can independently identify, win, and grow dealer partnerships. You’ll be the face of Pod for dealerships, building trust at all levels and turning opportunities into revenue while helping accelerate EV adoption. Your responsibilities will include identifying and securing new partners, managing the full sales cycle, delivering commercial results, building strategic relationships, developing go-to market plans, leveraging data and insight, collaborating cross-functionally, monitoring competitor activity, and identifying process improvements.
Job requirements: 5+ years’ experience working within or with automotive dealerships, proven success in full-cycle sales delivery with annual targets of £2m+, experience with automotive retail digital tools or CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot), familiarity with dealership systems, lead management tools, or HubSpot to manage pipeline efficiently, experienced in structuring and negotiating partnership agreements, comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role, strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, superior sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management, passionate about sustainability, EV adoption, and the future of mobility.
