Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with fleets, fleet management companies, or leasing providers

- Experience in structuring and negotiating partnerships
- Independent worker comfortable in a high-autonomy sales role
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen, adaptive to market shifts
- Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management

The role: We're looking for a commercial, driven salesperson who can independently secure and grow fleet and lease company partnerships. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on Pod’s growth in the corporate EV space. You will identify and secure new partners, manage the full sales cycle, deliver commercial results, build strategic relationships, develop go-to market plans, leverage data and insight, collaborate cross-functionally, deliver training and enablement, and monitor market and competitor activity.
Job requirements: 5+ years’ experience working within or with fleets, fleet management companies, or lease providers. Proven success in full-cycle sales delivery with annual targets of £2m+. Track record of exceeding revenue and new business growth targets. Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools (ideally HubSpot). Experienced in structuring and negotiating partnership agreements. Comfortable working independently in a field-based, high-autonomy sales role. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, able to define and execute sales plans while adapting to shifts in the market. Superior sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management. Passionate about sustainability, EV adoption, and the future of mobility.
