This role treats you with the opportunity to serve as the Senior Director of Business Development, focusing on OEM and Dealer channels.

Role Summary:

  • Understanding of CRM and sales analytics tools.

The role: As the Senior Director of Business Development focusing on OEM and Dealer channels, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a robust sales strategy to secure significant charging partnerships. This role involves identifying and pursuing enterprise-scale opportunities, building and nurturing executive-level relationships, and integrating our charging solutions into automotive sales and aftersales processes. You will lead forecasting and pipeline management to ensure predictable revenue delivery and represent Pod at various industry events.

Job requirements: To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in senior commercial roles within or closely related to OEMs or dealer groups. A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals is essential. You should also possess strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of CRM and sales analytics tools.
