They are devoted to empowering young individuals who face barriers to employment, education or training. They have an exciting role for an Education Mentor in their Mosaic Programme. The role includes working directly with young people aged 15-18, sharing personal growth stories, inspiring and empowering the youth to boost their own aspirations. You will be a part of a team that delivers interactive sessions focusing on socio-emotional and employability skills.

- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training on The King's Trust's programs, health, safety, and mentoring.

Job requirements: While no specific educational background is required, a passion for engaging with and developing young people's skills is essential. Empathy, active listening, and the ability to role model socio-emotional and employability skills are highly valued. All mentors undergo comprehensive training covering The King's Trust programs, health and safety, and our mentoring approach.
