Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Passion for digital performance marketing and travel.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads & Bing), ideally with certifications.
- Understand marketing fundamentals and campaign optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to action insights.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools such as GA4, Supermetrics and Google Keyword Planner.
- Customer-first mindset.

- This is a full-time position with potential flexible hours (minimum 4 days per week).
- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + bonus.
- This is a maternity cover, fixed term contract for 10 months.

The role: As a Paid Media Executive no two days will be the same. Your mornings might start with a quick check-in on overnight performance, identifying trends and making optimisation tweaks to ensure spend is working hard. You’ll spend time building or refining campaigns, refreshing ad copy and keyword strategies, and sharing insight-led reports that help shape our wider digital marketing approach. Afternoons might include collaborating with the Content, CRM or Product teams to align campaigns with new launches and promotions, or joining calls with our overseas colleagues to fine-tune performance in international markets. You’ll balance analysis and creativity, finding ways to make our message stand out while keeping our campaigns efficient, measurable, and impactful. You’ll play a key role in inspiring travellers to choose Explore for their next adventure.
Job requirements: Enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for digital performance marketing and, of course, have a love for travel. Some experience of managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads and Bing), ideally with relevant certifications. A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and campaign optimisation. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate stats into action. Great organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines. Confidence using digital marketing tools such as GA4, Supermetrics and Google Keyword Planner. A customer-first mindset, ensuring every campaign helps someone find their next great adventure.
