The Role: We are seeking a strategy and project management professional with experience in top-tier consulting or similar execution-focused roles to implement and scale Tupande's gender and youth agenda. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position that requires driving cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring measurable outcomes in the field. You will report to the Chief of Staff to the COO.
Responsibilities: Lead strategic projects for Tupande's women and youth customer segments to achieve our impact vision. Collaborate with multiple teams (field ops, training, marketing, partnerships) on projects to ensure youth and gender strategies are delivered with excellence. Support internal and external communications by preparing presentation materials on youth and gender progress for internal communications. Act as the central point of coordination for all youth and gender-related initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments. Provide comprehensive reports on gender and youth metrics to stakeholders in Tupande and the broader OAF organization.
