The role: As an SME Sales Executive at Birdie, you will use outbound selling strategies to drive our acquisition of homecare providers. You will engage with both executives and operational staff to understand their challenges, assess our fit to support them, and forge new partnerships. You'll own your sales process, and work with our SDR team, Customer Success team, and sales & marketing leadership to evolve our go-to-market strategy.

Job requirements: We’d love to hear from you if you have a demonstrated successful history in B2B sales. You should be an excellent communicator, adept at active listening, demonstrating commercial acumen, and mastering strong discovery techniques. You should be highly coachable, accepting of feedback and putting it into action. You should be resilient and determined, with an unwavering passion to overcome challenges and achieve long-term sales objectives.
