The role: As the Community Marketing & Impact Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and environmental initiatives that are locally relevant within your assigned territory. This includes aligning with Patagonia EMEA’s business and impact strategy and delivering high-quality activations across brand marketing, community engagement, and environmental activism. You will work closely with regional managers, sales teams, and EHQ stakeholders.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in brand marketing, PR, and events management. You should have strong skills in stakeholder collaboration, organization, coordination, and budget management. Fluency in German and English is required, and flexibility for travel throughout Germany and occasional weekend or after-hours work is expected.
