Role Summary:
- As the Head of Claims, you will oversee the entire claims function for MIL.
- You will ensure effectual management of claims, compliance with regulatory standards and deliver superior customer outcomes.
- You are tasked with managing claims risk and ensuring the functions adhere to the company's insurance risk strategy.
Role Requirements:
- Experience in senior leadership in the insurance or reinsurance sector is crucial.
- Strong understanding of the delegated authority management, reinsurance structures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven competency in risk management, governance, strategic objectives delivery.
- Outstanding skills in stakeholder management, negotiation and ability to interpret and present complex data to the senior management and the Board.

Strong understanding of delegated authority management, reinsurance structures, and regulatory requirements. Proven track record in risk management, governance, and delivering strategic objectives. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Ability to interpret and present complex data and MI to senior management and the Board.
