- Manage and expand high-potential accounts to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

As an Account Manager at Payhawk, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high growth potential accounts, driving customer adoption and satisfaction, and ultimately achieving revenue growth targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, collecting and analyzing data to learn more about customer behaviour, identifying expansion opportunities, and formulating account growth strategies. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, owning commercial negotiations and contracting activities, and proactively engaging with customers to ensure successful product adoption, satisfaction, and value realization.
To be successful in this role, you should have 4+ years of experience in a SaaS sales / account management role, a strong track record of revenue quota achievement, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
