Position Overview:
Ensure seamless candidate acquisition and onboarding within the healthcare sector, with a focus on Northern Ireland (NI). Maintain compliance and quality standards throughout the onboarding and post-compliance processes. This role offers a competitive salary, commission-based incentives, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Acquisition:
- Utilise proven recruitment strategies, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach, to source and attract top healthcare professionals in NI.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals in NI.
- Onboard NI Nurses, Senior Carers and Carers in adherence to company policies and NI healthcare regulations.
- Meet or exceed established candidate acquisition targets and earn commission-based incentives.
Compliance Management:
- Identify and address any compliance issues, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement within the NI onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the Candidate Team Lead and the governance team to implement those processes and optimise NI onboarding procedures.
- Keep the NI "onboarding and compliance" portal up-to-date with product changes, governance requests, and process updates.
- Stay informed about company policies, NI healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing new compliance standards.
Other:
- Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Provide feedback and guidance to Candidate Managers to improve their compliance and quality, and ensure cover for your onboarding responsibilities whilst on leave.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the NI candidate acquisition and onboarding processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years experience in operations within either a start-up, or in the healthcare or staffing industry.
- Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals in Northern Ireland (NI), with a track record of success using Indeed, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.
- Knowledge of NI healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. We’re looking for a results-oriented and proactive individual.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
